[Agreement on the handling of personal information].

In applying for the Service, the User agrees that the Company will handle the User's personal information obtained by the Company in relation to the use of the Service in the following manner, subject to the Company's protective measures.

Article 1 (Purpose of use of personal information)

The Company shall acquire and use the User's personal information for the purposes stated in the respective paragraphs.

(ii) Shipping of products, etc. to the user.
(iii) Advertising, promotion, solicitation of sales, planning of campaigns, etc.
(iv) Issuance of web magazines, creation and transmission of mail magazines, and implementation of questionnaires
(v) Marketing activities after processing into a state in which individuals cannot be identified
(vi) Provision of other content related to the Services.

Article 2 (Outsourcing the handling of personal data)

The Company may outsource all or part of the User's information to other operators within the scope of the purposes of use in Article 1. We will select a contractor with an adequate level of protection and conclude an agreement on the handling of personal information.

Article 3 (Provision of personal information to third parties)

The Company shall not disclose or provide acquired user information to third parties except in the following cases.

(i) When stipulated in the preceding article.

(ii) Where there is prior consent from the user.

(iii) When the information is processed as statistical data in such a way that the user cannot be identified.

(iv) When joint use or provision of user information to third parties is permitted in accordance with laws and regulations, or when disclosure or provision of member information is requested.

(v) When there is a request from a court of law, the police, or other national or local authorities

(vi) If we consider that the life, body or property of the user may be infringed

(vii) In other cases where provision is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act.

Article 4 (Voluntary provision)

All personal information obtained by the Company is provided voluntarily by the user. Please note that if you do not provide the required fields, we may refuse to allow you to use the Service.

Article 5 (Response to enquiries)

At the request of the user, the Company will respond to the notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, cessation of use, deletion and cessation of provision to third parties of personal information held by the Company.
