CIOTA ONLINE SHOP is the official online store operated by CIOTA (Shiota Co., Ltd.). It was created to provide customers who are unable to visit our stores in person with the opportunity to enjoy shopping for CIOTA products. Our online shop is available 24 hours a day, allowing you to shop whenever it is convenient for you.
About CIOTA ONLINE SHOP Membership (Free)
Customers may register for a free membership when shopping at CIOTA ONLINE SHOP. There are no enrollment fees, annual fees, or renewal fees. By creating an account before placing an order, you can save time by not having to enter your shipping information each time you shop.

About the Newsletter
Our newsletter delivers the latest product information, campaign announcements, and exclusive updates available only to subscribers.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website include applicable consumption tax.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that we cannot adjust the price of items purchased before a price change.
The price shown on the product tag may differ from the selling price displayed on the website.
Inventory
Inventory is shared between CIOTA ONLINE SHOP and our directly operated stores. Therefore, depending on the timing of your order, an item may become unavailable after your purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
Products may also be temporarily hidden or displayed as SOLD OUT while inventory updates are being processed.
Shipping
Shipping is free throughout Japan.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express.
For payments made by credit card, PayPay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
We do not accept returns except in the following cases:
- The item received is different from the item ordered.
- The item is defective.
If you wish to return an item due to a shipping error or product defect, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns for products purchased outside of CIOTA ONLINE SHOP will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by us.
- Returns sent without prior contact may result in delays in processing your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for size changes of the same item and color, subject to stock availability.
Please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
- Color changes and exchanges for different products are not accepted.
- Archive Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges for products purchased outside of CIOTA ONLINE SHOP will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- The item cannot be verified as having been purchased from CIOTA ONLINE SHOP.
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
- The item has acquired odors, stains, or damage while in the customer's possession.
- Product packaging, accessories, bags, or cases have been lost or damaged.
- The invoice, tags, or labels have been removed or lost.
- Underwear, outlet items, or Archive Sale items.
- If the exchange item is out of stock for a return due to a shipping error or product defect (a refund will be issued instead).
Important Notes for Fitting
- Please take care to avoid transferring perfume, cosmetics, tobacco odors, or similar substances to the product.
- Returns or exchanges may be refused if the condition of the returned item (including tags, packaging, and accessories) differs significantly from its original condition at the time of delivery.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be shipped sequentially according to the estimated delivery schedule indicated on each product page.
- Charges may be processed before the product is delivered.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production circumstances.
- Shipping schedules may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the individual product page for details.
- Requested delivery dates and times may not be accommodated.
- Please refer to the "Returns" and "Exchanges" sections above for information regarding returns and exchanges of pre-order items.
