About sales prices

Payment methods are as follows.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept any returns of goods for reasons other than those listed below.

Only one exchange is possible; colour changes and archive sale items cannot be exchanged.


Return policy.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following conditions, even for the aforementioned reasons for return.
(i) Products that have been in the shop for more than 7 days.
(ii) Products that cannot be confirmed as having been purchased from the CIOTA ONLINE SHOP.
(iii) Merchandise that has been used, washed or altered once
(iv) Products that have smells, scratches or stains caused by the customer
(v) Merchandise with missing or damaged accessories or product packaging (bags, cases, etc.)
(vi) Merchandise for which the delivery note, product tag or label has been lost
(vii) Merchandise that is underwear, outlet merchandise, archive sale merchandise or reserved merchandise
(viii) Merchandise that is not in stock (in such cases, a refund will be processed).

Cautions
Please be careful of the smell of perfume, cosmetics, cigarettes, etc. when trying on the item.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns if the condition of the goods (including tags, box and accessories) at the time they are returned to us is significantly different from that at the time of delivery.
Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded if the return is made at the customer's convenience or if a portion of the order is returned.
