Fabric & Detail

The golf jacket developed by J.PRESS as a standard item is arranged in CIOTA's original dark-tone madras check fabric. The fabric is woven from 30 count twin yarn suvin cotton with reference to the texture of vintage American fabrics from the 1980s. The texture is soft and thick, while retaining a moderate firmness. It has a slightly roomy, boxy silhouette and features functional details that were created as outerwear for golf, such as a dock ear collar with a windproof collar and chin tab fused together, a back yoke designed to channel raindrops smoothly, and knitted ribbed hems and sleeves.
