The motif is based on the design and specifications of denim trousers, which were issued by the US Navy as deck work uniforms. Features include baker trouser-like front pockets, large back pockets, front button fly specification and white stitching. The fabric is made from 11.5 oz Subin cotton synthetic indigo denim. The denim is also raw denim, which has not been subjected to any finishing processes such as shrink-proofing or hair-burning. The denim's original expression is brought out to the fullest by finishing it with skilled sewing techniques. This item is unique to CIOTA, which has a sewing factory behind it that has been sewing casual wear for three generations since its establishment in Okayama in 1966.
