The motif is based on the denim sailor trousers issued by the US Navy. They feature a wide, flared silhouette and front patch pockets that look like pip pockets. The fabric is made from light, comfortable 11.5oz svin cotton synthetic indigo denim. The one-wash 'Navy' denim is a raw denim that has not been subjected to any shrinkage-proofing or hair-burning process. The denim's original expression is brought out to the fullest by finishing it with expert sewing techniques. This item is unique to CIOTA, which is backed by a sewing factory in Okayama that has been sewing casual wear for three generations since its establishment in 1966. The "Medium Dark Blue (Damage)" is not raw denim.
